Rent is due on the 1st, late on the 2nd. Late fees will be charged on the 6th of each month.

Hanna Village offers 12 month leases.

Hanna Village is a pet friendly community.  There is a two pet per apartment limit and there are breed restrictions.  Management, at its sole discretion, will determine the breed restrictions.  Please contact our office for the current policy.  Vaccination records and pet photos must be kept current and will be required at move-in.

There is a $200 non refundable pet fee that must be paid prior to move-in or when your pet joins your household.  In addition, a monthly fee of $20 per pet will be accessed and is due with your monthly rental payments.

Yes, you can follow the links on this webpage to pay online.  If you need assistance please contact the office staff.  They will be happy to explain all the different ways you can pay your rent.

Residents are responsible for electric.  Water, sewer and trash removal expenses are complimentary.
